This service is available to anybody involved in a dispute about a flooring or tile installation.

How?- can you be confident.

With a foundation of over thirty years experience in the flooring industry covering Carpets, Vinyls, Wood and Laminates, Ceramic wall and Floor Tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile installation- add to this a recent qualifying Law Degree obtained from Staffordshire University and you can be assured of a definitive diagnostic Independent flooring report with findings presented in a professional format suitable for production in a Court of Law.

We have provided inspections and reports for over ten years to individual clients, home owners, Solicitors, Barristers,  House Builders, Trading Standards and Manufacturers.

What?- do we provide and what does it cost.

An unbiased and totally independent flooring inspection of the installation followed by supply of a professionally written report with supporting photographic evidence where necessary.

The cost of the inspection and report is £420 plus mileage charge @45p per mile (within 150 mile radius of Newcastle under Lyme in Staffordshire). Additional expenses apply for inspections further afield.

Appearance as expert witness if required can be provided at additional cost however this is rarely required by the courts.
