A qualified Master Fitter with the National Institute of Carpet and Floorlayers with over thirty years experience in the flooring industry.

Experience with multiple flooring types including carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood flooring and ceramic tile, though specialising in Luxury Vinyl Tile installation for the last fifteen years or so with an excellent reputation as a Karndean fitter and Amtico Fitter.

Subfloor preparation is a major part of this trade requiring a broad spectrum of skills such as joinery, floor screeding, sub-floor construction knowledge and some brickwork knowledge. It is this diverse experience of work and a thirst for knowledge and knowhow led me to attain accreditation with the NICF.

As my knowledge base of flooring types and techniques developed satisfaction was gained in helping others to improve and also in providing technical advice.

Diversification into installation of GRP roofing was a natural progression utilising many of the skills learned and construction knowledge gained over many years.

Now an accredited installer of Cromar Pro GRP roofing system and able to offer a 25 year guarantee.

Provision of a flooring inspection service is a key area of my work; with a 2:1 Law Degree to support my industry experience and qualifications, an investigative nature and excellent communication skills, I am well placed to deliver a first class flooring inspection and expert witness report service.
